- For the products that are avaible in stock the delivery starts after 10/15 days after the payment is received. For further info or to request the delivery date you can contact us firstname.lastname@example.org
- For preorder products we confirm the delivery date before 90 days from the first preorder half payment received, contacting the Commercial Division via telephone +43 720775458 or e-mail email@example.com.
- When you receive the product please carefully check the package and its content integrity Even if the product travels with insurance, at the moment of the delivery you must add manually to the documents, wiriting on them, "UNCLOSED PACKAGE - DAMAGED PACKAGING", to obtain the insurance right and refound. If not, you cannot be able to be refounded or to obtain product sobstitution. Also, you have to write the REASONS or details (packaging broken, wet, bruised, deformed, damaged, etc ...)
- No returns are accepted without calling the Commercial Division and agree with them.
- No returns are accepted without original packaging.
- The invoice travels with the product. If not delivered please ask for a copy to firstname.lastname@example.org
- All our shippings are ensured.
