- All products from Datron gmbh have two years of warranty for all production’s flaws. During the warranty period the product will be free repaired.
- The European guarantee of compliance employed on the products lasts 24months. The product must be used correctly, respecting the correct destination use as written in the handbook.
- Damages provoked by an incorrect use of the product are not granted, besides the company doesn’t take any responsibility for direct and indirect damages caused by that bad use.
- Our wine coolers are insured during the transport with comprehensive insurance (kasko). When you receive the product please UNCLOSED PACKAGE - DAMAGED PACKAGING Unique Valid note in case of complaint. In doubt, write always: “right of reserve to control the product because of damaged package”
- We recommend you to keep the package for possible assistance needs.
We are the only one in this sector, who offer proper warranty and guarantee.
In case of imperfections or manufacturing defects of the delivered product, it is necessary to communicate the defect within 3 days of delivery, by email to firstname.lastname@example.org, attaching photographic documentation.
- If you have any problems, please send an e-mail to our assistance centre at email@example.com and explain the problem, it will be send an authorization’s number and we will send you a courier, who will call you before to collect the wine cooler, all at our expense. In case of serious problem, we will substitute your wine cooler with a temporary one.
- Before we collect your wine cooler, you have to end a confirming e –mail to our assistance centre at firstname.lastname@example.org
- The goods are collected only with their original packages or with a protected one, the courier doesn’t collect any good without a proper package.
- If the cooler that has been send to our assistance doesn’t show the damages described by the costumer and it doesn’t have any problem, the costs for the transports and the assistance will be charged to the customer.
