– When you receive the product please carefully check the packaging. Even if the product travels with insurance, you must add by hand “UNCLOSED PACKAGE – DAMAGED PACKAGING” to the shipping document if you detect any damage to the packaging, otherwise you can’t obtain a refund or replacement. Also, you have to indicate the REASONS of the damage (packaging broken, wet, bruised, deformed, damaged, etc. …)
– No returns are accepted without agreement with the Commercial Division.
